Just been talking to some people 'behind the scenes'...(from the meeting)

2 main questions -

1 - they knew last night presumably that they were going to postpone the meeting, so did it go ahead so Bowen got his massive 'old mates' pay packet from Cityview Shareholders?
I believe last twice it's been $10,000 for chairing the meetings and keeping Smythmeister out of trouble.

If no one knew about the ASIC letter, why were 50 million shares sold pre meeting this morning.

Those points WILL be covered...........

ASIC are looking at far more than those 3 sections of hte Corps Act - but this had to be a starting point for action and at least it's postponed the near 100% dilution that they wanted AGAIN.

Apparently the vote was 87
% in favour of hte resolutions, so for goodness sake - NEXT time there's a meeting, all of you with a few thousand shares tucked away really NEED to vote.

The apathy from holders doesn't make it easier for the ASA to cover meetings.

The vote number must have been pretty tiny - but that's all they would have hoped for. Apathy from small hurting holders.
