I missed that one. That would indicate MGU was fully expecting to finalize the deal and the hold up is from Anglo's side.
That at least takes away the outside possibility that MGU was getting worried they wouldn't be able to deliver due to falling IO prices.
Not very nice from Anglo if they are playing games. They certainly caused some hurt under MGU share holders.
