I you pay attention Coby mentioned that they have a fab which he can’t name at the moment and are ready to transfer to that particular fab, and will name the fab in the near future. (An announcement is imminent)
then he went on about other interested fabs, and commercial agreements that will follow.
I believe any day that first fab will be announced, and there are more in the pipeline with additional commercial agreements.
