AnteoTech certainly complicates any takeover aspirations directed toward Ellume by others.

I’m quite happy to maintain my position that we can’t just treat Ellume as our best buddy. The reason is obvious. Does anyone think that any company taking over Ellume would reciprocate?

No of course they wouldn’t. If an Ellume takeover were actually on the cards the TO company would be well aware of the current setup and do everything in their power to get the IP cheap.

This is business. If Ellume are making big bucks from our tech, then I would squeeze them till it hurts.
