I'm still waiting for a bite at 39 cents (15% discount to CPA to allow for less management brainz). However I think there will be a lot of sellers who will be hesitant to sell for much below 45cents, as I would be if I bought in to the 45c SPP.

I hope management have realised that they no longer need to sell properties at the bottom of the market . . . Oh no :-( . . . it seems they have not been overpaying the right consultants for the same advice my mother gave me when I was little. . . which is . . . don't wet your pants!
