I don't think that a gross margin of 10% is such a problem in the face of the company's growing NPAT (up 7.5%); growing EPS (up 7.5%) high ROE (45.1%), growing franked dividend and increased recurring revenue (62%). In my opinion this is an outstanding company with very pleasing results achieved in an extremely difficult year.
