This is a v interesting puzzle...

AT1 seems to have shipped a container of Pascal devices (ie: OEM version) to Roa Pacific Inc (LA, California).

    ROA Pacific Inc site:https://www.roapacific.net/home.html
"...low overhead costed organization, dedicated to manufacturing high quality injection molded products at economical pricing".
"...a total solution provider to the plastics industry, from concept through production, inception to end of life of product"

AT1 CEO has mentioned a couple times their plan to stand up new US biz division (for which hiring is underway) + potential for US onshore manufacturing to better appeal to US diagnostic companies, tenders etc...but the language used seemed to indicate 2022-23 for potential US manufacturing option...

Maybe ROA Pacific Inc going to be a new sub-contractor for AT1's onshore manufacturing, whether for new US partners or for LDX or Access Bio?

    - LDX already have expanded their manufacturing site in Florida, so I would think any FebriDx supply manufacturing would be better suited economically + supply chain length to licence manufacture at their own site. This would also tighten their partnership further. Unless AT1 want to control their device manufacture + keep IP control 'inhouse'..this seems unlikely to me as AT1 could simply scale up the China manufacturing end further....

    - Access Bio (who already have v high volume manufacturing site + existing Pascal OEM manufacturing licence granted) so I cannot see why ROA Pacific would be used to manufacture anything for Access Bio supply..so this is also an unlikely need

Also to setup a new manufacturing sub-contractor for own use doesn't need a whole container of already prepared device bits to be shipped...its more engineering drawings, build specifications, trained staff, onsite assembly line details etc that are required to be sent...sending 250k+ devices is also overkill in terms of 'samples' for a new contract site...so this also seems unlikely to me..

So, maybe ROA Pacific actually have a test manufacturing contract from another US diagnostics company, for which Pascal devices are going to be the OEM base? Which would mean those 'US company interest' discussions (which has been mentioned previously) is moving to next dev stage (test/trial/agreement?)...

What do you think the right fit is for this shipment?
