I'm not sure how China, a communist country with a history of "re-educating" muslims, will be able to establish any mining enterprise in Afghanistan. It would be interesting to see how it would pan out.
Lynas has its hands full with Malaysia and its future operations in WA and in the USA. Chinese domination in the rare earths industry is about to be overtaken.
