with apologies to the TA thread and @Kluck, managing our emotions is such an important part of investing...

Understanding our emotions, particularly fear (of loss), managing it and investing through it, is a great skill. Lol and one I'm still trying to conquer!

I go back and look at the fundamentals and just checkin with my due diligence whenever I start to waver

I also often go back to this quote which has being rehashed many times over the years, however I feel it puts fear in perspective how we should perceive it in terms of investments both TA and fundamental.

"I must not fear.Fear is the mind-killer.Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.I will face my fear.I will permit it to pass over me and through me.And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."

I don't post much because often I have nothing of value to add but I have to thank all of our learnard posters here for everything they teach us and show us. ☺️ even though this thread sometimes gets derailed...

Much to slick's annoyance, and I really do look forward to his responses, gently reminding us that it is a TA thread...
