at the time beppa was introduced, what was BBI trading at? $1+. I agree that there should have been a cap writen into prospectus, but im guessing it would have been very low, like 2 or 3 BBI shares. Can you imagine how low BEPPA would be trading today if that were the case. changes the whole risk v reward equation.

i think you would do a better job too, atleast you communicate better and have ideas, and surely you could put things into action quicker.
