Not possible on a metal for metal basis as they have completely different product streams,

Dubbo is a Poly-metallic mine and its main stream is Zirconium, with Nb, Hf, Ta and Y credits, Dubbo has about 75Mt of Resources, the in-situ value of their Ore is around US$2000-3000/t and they plan to mine a Million tpa ( Note well: That is Nb Niobium, not Nd Neodymium )

Longonjo is a Magnet metal mine ie NdPr, with other TREO credits, Longonjo has at least 200-300Mt of Resources, Our in-situ value is around US$700/t and we plan to start mining at 1.5-2 Million tpa

I can't find any Feasibility study for ASM so I can't even compare on a Financial basis,
