Some people are impossible to satisfy.
I think given the choice, we'd all prefer to have seen something better. If we paid less it would have been better. If the acquired company had more revenue it would be better. If they had a unicorn which farted money it would be better.
Here in reality land where the things which actually happen happen, this is a great deal. The company has been acquired. In round about figures we paid about $13.5M all up, the company has over $2M in net revenue which is now ours, that figure will grow nicely under the TNT banner, so it's a great financial deal for us simply on those metrics, but it also increases our size and presence in the cybersecurity game and takes a piece off the table making it now unavailable for our competitors.
Sure, no matter how good the situation is it would be nice if it was better, but this deal is a good one. We're not talking about taking over a forensics company, we're talking about this one, which doesn't preclude further acquisitions anyway.
