I'm sorry, but I don't hold much hope for the new Director either. They have been an investor in BUD for five years, and one would assume on pretty good terms with the CEO.
When all you have is RB and DM selecting Directors, I don't think "Holding the CEO to account" is very high on the selection criteria. DM is after sycophants, not directors.
Is it just me, or does anyone think this new Directer might be Holdtight? He would fit the mould perfectly.
