we've already done continuous operation testing last year. A4N have just started doing it now, and for some reason holders over there think this now puts them ahead of FYI... Go figure.

On the offtake discussion, obviously offtake partners will come from Alcoa's distribution network, thats one of the main value adds they bring to the table. As such it's pretty obvious that the terms of exclusivity prohibit FYI from signing offtake agreements while negotiations are ongoing. Following formalisation of the JV, offtakes will flow from Alcoas customer base.

Anyone suggesting that offtake discussions are not happeming simultaneously has rocks in their head. Alcoa would not be entering into a JV unless they knew their client base was going to buy the product.
