Short selling market manipulation amounts to fraud, simple as. The ASX refuse to address the issue therefore they are complicit in that fraud. Similar to the banks who believed that were untouchable so does the ASX. Shorting obviously brings in a lot of money and that is why they turn a blind eye. I would urge everyone here and on all the other shorted stocks to contact their local MP to raise this matter. That is the only way to get the rules around shorting changed, until then the practice of market manipulation by shorters will remain rife.
