Jaxsta pro beta launched 25 Oct 2019, took them until 16 Jan 2020 to get their first 270 paid sucscriptions.

At the time they switched to free on 22 April 2020, I estimate they had ~2000 paid memberships, based on the graph released 26 May 2020 - I dare say that's a very rough figure.

So, based on that growth rate they were getting on avg 11.1 memberships per day for Beta, so to soak up the 1000 discounted subs, they'd be ~90 days from the launch date, which would be 10 November 2021. I'm a lot more optimistic than that though, the platform has a lot more appeal now, but based on history maybe that's what we could expect.
