I think you are forgetting, we got 1st batch of akida and all those chips are already been allocated. I believe brainchip must get some money from that. In between if there is an IP signed in between brainchip can have extra income there. Thirdly we still have more than 9.2 million as cash reserve. If all those alternatives do not work then definitely a call option may be used. But use of another call option to pay back 9.2 million that may have a negative effect on SP.
