    I have faith in Archer's technology and as such I bought a significant number of shares last December.

    However this second article in the AFR has jolted my confidence in them. Let's take our blinkers off. AXE should have informed the ASX that on 11th February what the Australian patent body’s response was. This is very important news as we have been awaiting the AUS patent due "any minute", It has been 6 months now so where are we at with responding to the Australian patent queries?

    Guys this is really important as we have all been hanging our hats on the release of these patents and the subsequent jump in the share price. Archer should give us an update as a matter of urgency.

    Until this is done there will be a shadow cast over Archer which is NOT good news for us.
