Happy to buy only at give-away prices - otherwise I'll either take something else that is being given away instead, or do nothing. Hence 39 cents seems good value to me. If it hits 31 cents I'll double my trouble. IMHO Property trusts are not that difficult to work out (as compared to mortgage or infrastructure trusts, insurance companies and banks etc). However I think you need to have a value to anchor to, where the lower the sp the better value and return, as long as the lowering sp is not creating a vicious spiral (i.e. where a falling SP makes it harder for a desperate co to raise capital, and compounds the situation).
