    Hi JR,

Firstly, I am only providing a contrarians view and mature discussion. Sure, the cheer squad don't like it, but if they cant get over oppossing views then they need to take a Bex and lie down ( Sorry, i had to use your line). Anyone who is comfortable with their investments will not get upset with oppossing views.

Secondly, stability is a big positive for any country, however, when in this worlds history has America brought peace and stability? Developed nations do not understand the micro-political climate of countries like Somalia, Afghanistan, Arab Nations, yet they want to exert their influence. But is it for the betterment of that country or is it for something else? Oil perhaps

A hypothetical. The US moves in, the islamists and the local somali's and clan leaders don't like the US so they plot against them. Would this make an environment conducive to oil exploration and infrastructure development? IMHO no. Could this lead to Force Majeure, possibly. Should Force majeure be declared, who would then benefit?...could it be the US? I'm sure Haliburton are looking for new projects, and they know a thing or two about upsetting micropolitical environments to get their way. And just what is their major source of income, and who controls them and who are they tightly aligned with?

Anyway, thirdly, many here indicate they take a great interest in the development of a Somalia, it's people, and it's stability. Are these totally selfless and hedonistic interests, quite likely no as the interest is highly likely to be a selfish ROI, and why not, that is the reason we invest in the markets. I sold 1500 MQG shares on Wednesday which I bought a few months ago, I'm happy with the big Mac only because I made a profit, but I don't care too much for the company. Don't get me wrong, I do have a humanitarian blood flwoing through my veins, I have taken trios to Tibet and PNG and offered my services without any gain except a lighter bank account.

Regardless, I do have some $$$ ( not a lot - I'm not in jack 64's league) and i will make a handsome profit if RRS ever do make puntland oily, and if they don't there is always georgia, and with the small investment I have in the company, waiting another 5 years wont hurt me.

I guess my take home message is that I just cant see how the US influence will be good for RRS, history tells us so much.

    Thats my rant for now
