Given what I know about the security situation on the ground in Puntland and it's preparedness for impending oil related activity I think it is entirely probably you will see this occur within the next 6 months.

You would have to acknowledge that Puntland is a very different beast to even 12 or 6 months ago. A lot has been achieved by Farole. Look at the TFG embracing with Farole this week.......very encouraging.

Anyway, I do have a question for you Doc. If we see Range being rerated over the coming days, will you dig deep and work you way up the register? - go on I dare you!
