I see this aquisition as taking out another company that has been taking market share within the Cybersecurity industry.
Even though TNT already offers the services provided by this company, now TNT will most likely have those customers that used that business for their Cybersecurity needs, and upsell maybe?
We are slowly but surely taking market share and directly competing with competitors to become THE LARGEST Cybersecurity player with all staff being the best in the business, which will in turn attract more customers and TNT's capability to handle the workload.
