as in intentionally insinuating Archer dishonestly withheld “critical” information from shareholders.
I wonder if he’s keeping an eye on the discussion here or if he got a little tap on the shoulder.
it’s really not as attention grabbing when the story boils down to:
a company did not disclose an immaterial occurrence.
