I rely on information that FGR provides plus huge amounts of skepticism. FGR have been making statements of 70 things under way. Given FGR has close to zero influence on what the 70 may be doing but do know what they are doing in general plus maybe a bit more such as very rough timing, FGR have sort of painted themselves into a corner. Can know but can't say nor buy.
Doesn't take you very much to be bullish. I'm not.
Even if something meets the developer's criteria, some of them won't be marketable for any of a zillion reasons, other will have budget and time blow outs and some that work first time might need a shot-glass of graphene a week. Who knows. So hence why not bullish.
