The takeover rumour is quite hilatious in the context of the legal disputes. Nestle are seeking to compete with A2 and just won the trademark dispute about labelling A2 next to the NAN brand. So, they'll just throw that all out the window and buy a company hostile to it that they don't need? Spend billions on a company beholden to China? A2M appealing, well good luck....
