English is not my mother language, so there is one thing, which is too important to get it wrong and I would appreciate your help!
"Eligible shareholders to receive 1 Minerals 260 ordinary share for every 11.912 Liontownordinary shares held."
Does "eligible shareholders" mean just shareholders from Australia / New Zealand?
It would be very disappointing to me if that's a fact as there is quite a lot of money at stake for me and some of my friends ...
My understanding is that only the priority offer and the shortfall offer are possible for people from Australia / New Zealand, but the 1:12 free shares are valid for all shareholders, including the foreign.
Hope I'm right!?
