It could be a good time for KLL to appoint a crisis management team to focus on confirming transport arrangements, work with consultants to fix the bottleneck issues, work with the consultants and staff to minimise the production delays and help with the upcoming CR/loan. This would give some confidence that external experts are helping with these issues and result in a clear plan.

You never know, one of crisis management team in a meeting might ask 'do you think there could be an impact on shareholders from this strategy' as I do wonder if this question was asked amongst KLL before the last announcement.
