I think your estimate of 6-8 mil a quarter for early 2022, is extremely conservative. They have just reported TTV of 2.9 million for 6 weeks. If they did no better than this for the next six weeks, that would already be close to 6 million dollars in this quarter. We have close to 1,000 merchants onboarded that need to be activated and that is just starting now as Malaysia come out of lockdown, they have 3,000 consumers who are onboarded and waiting for activation (that would be 100% increase on current active members), plus we have Razer integrated by early September. Just these things alone would be a bare minimum 50% to 70% increase over what we have just reported for the six weeks from July to August 16th. I would think we'd be trading at over 10 million for the first quarter of 2022 and possibly even more.

Indonesia is the tempting one, but it's such a basket case at the moment with COVID. The big positive I see with us delaying our move to Indonesia is they can perfect the marketing with Malaysia first to then get maximum bang for their buck when they do go into Indonesia. For me, I am happy for us just to stay and build Malaysia for the rest of this year. There is so much they can do in this country alone. Then hopefully once well established we can then move onto the other territories.

In regards to the report, I'm hoping it will just be a strategic stake that is being looked at. We have so much potential, personally I would hate to be taken over right now. A stake though from either iPay88 or Razer would still allow us to grow how we want and return a maximum benefit to us shareholders over the long term - unless they offered $10 a share and then I am out of here
