Apart from the Chairman, others have to be involved in this connivance. KTM Capital (or part thereof) tried to remove two of the directors that took a stand, so one wouldn't have to be a rocket scientist to see the obvious.
The Board and management needs a total clean out and it would be hoped that shareholders collectively do get involved in the AGM so as to get rid of the cancer that has taken this business that was in a bad state at the beginning of 2009 to a basket case in 7 months.
From the preliminary financials, it is alluded that DDT will be seeking another capital raising. Who would support this for the incumbent to waste more capital on further losses and endless personal agenda pursuits?
