IMHO it’s market manipulation.
Notice the proliferation of 1300, 2000, 3000 share lots in both the buy and sell stacks.
Someone/organisation is manipulating the price lower and accumulating when sell orders are hit or holders simply capitulate. The falling io price is helping in the game.
