I cant see that is at all an issue.Shareholders in both companies must realise that there would be increased value for both parties. Just look at how CFE has been able to take advantage of the GFC to increase its wealth for the benefit of its shareholders. The cash that OZL holds is in excess of the needs of PH. The reverse applies as there should be plenty of surplus income coming from PH.
