I'll be cautious about VMS announcement and would wait until the ship loaded with iron ore leaves the port. Loading 46000 ton ship isn't an easy task with given logistical facilities in TAS for loading iron ore.
Quality compliance is another thing. so, wait and watch. Not to mention, iron ore price are plunging for the last few weeks.
