Blister, I was just meaning if a forest burnt down.
Forest fires are devastating. That would take out the entire supply of pine in whichever area. And pine trees do not regenerate as do Eucalypts.
I am not suggesting any threat just pointing out Australia is a high risk wild fire country on a grand scale.
LER offers lots of opportunities and it seems almost a certainty that profits will occur but just bringing reality into to equation.
All investments contain opportunity and that is of course where our attention is focused. Being aware of the risks hopefully balances our expectations and maybe moderates our actions.
