Sure. And it might be nice if we pick up $30M (instead of $20M) on the back end if/when prices rebound. We won't know till we know.
Bottom line is we have cash coming in and we will be able to finance potentially massive projects with that cash...debt free. Name another junior that can say that for themselves...
