Just saying, with the Aussie and kiwi dollars tanking against the USD, Yuan, Euro & Swiss franc this last week, a2 milk is looking more attractive to foreign suitors.
I’m expecting a volatile next 4 weeks, will any acquirer look to build the 1st 10% on market at today’s prices and then make an offer for more?
What I do know, with plenty of capital around for M&A, there aren’t too many quality companies left at these distressed prices.
this company would suit a multinational with a global footprint so to best maximise the brand.
