    COVID-19 UPDATE

    Dear residents
COVID-19 infection rates in Greater Sydney remain stubbornly high and rising, requiring further drastic action to reduce transmission and keep us safe.
    This includes:
    1. The current Greater Sydney lockdown will be extended until the end of September.
    2. Mask wearing will be mandatory when outside your home, except when exercising (from 12.01am Monday, 23 August).
    3. New restrictions will apply around workplaces and authorised workers from the 12 local government areas of concern (eg Georges River, Bayside, Liverpool, Canterbury-Bankstown), to stop the spread of COVID-19 in those LGAs and from those LGAs to others like the Sutherland Shire. These include:
    a) Childcare workers and disability support workers who live or work in the LGAs of concern must have their first vaccination dose by 30 August.
    b) From 30 August, authorised workers who work outside their LGA of concern are only permitted to work if rapid antigen testing is implemented at their work-site or they have had their first vaccination dose.
    c) From 28 August, authorised workers from the LGAs of concern must carry a permit from Service NSW declaring that they are an authorised worker and cannot work from home.
    d) From 28 August, anyone entering an LGA of concern for work must carry a worker permit issued by Service NSW.
    e) If a person from outside an LGA of concern is found to be in an LGA of concern without a reasonable excuse, they will be fined $1000 and required to isolate at home for 14 days.

Beautiful, get vaccinated or lose your job.

The cats out of the bag, mandatory vaccination - or else
but applied in a doubly discriminatory manner in specified
    jurisdictions only.

Let's see how this pans out in practise.

I'm pretty feed up with the bullshit "exercise" exception also.

Make your opinion known to your state and federal members
today. I don't care what your opinion is just exercise your
democratic right, while you still can.
