They must have forgotten its disclosure and social responsibility to recognize that half of the profit came from the taxpayers.
Secondly, I presume the auditor has no means to audit its inventory in Brazil, and couldn't see anywhere about disclaimer the risk of the ever large inventory carried by the company was not fully audited.
