Do you think people are awaiting on the final confirmation that they have been awarded the 70% join venture from the government? No point spending $5 million to acquire 70% that they cannot access.. This to me is the hurdle that needs to be overcome... do not trust African govs in such decisions.... I am sure it is a thorn in their backside at the moment.. What do other people think? The coal is there, but their (profitable) access to it is not guaranteed yet....
