I’m expecting a couple of big plays to occur here in the M&A space that might see entities who were once “foes” become “allies” to both achieve their own stated outcomes and become a part of a new global player of their own creation.
We need to consider other alternative scenarios than just these “straight lines” between AF and “entity 1” and “entity 2” et al. Think big big picture. what can you come up with?
