winter: did the price of ROC fall before or after the offer had closed?


This is all a bit confusing but I would have thought that since the underwiters had agreed to underwrite the stock at 27c it would be in their best interest to offload them to the retail investors via the CR...

They could have their cake and eat it to so to speak..

Short it when it came out of the TH....cover just above 27c therefore supporting the price making it attractive to the retail I's and making big bucks at the same time...
