Dont apologize for being optomistic Chick,there was/is a lot to be optomistic about.Anyone who got in over the last few months does'nt have too much to complain about,and if they were smart would have got free carried.I am very surprized that Shell said no,and I IMO their could be some technical issues with Shells survey which we will find out in due course.
