Am trying to figure out what other treatments are out there, that we know are safe for under 12s, and have been shown to be effective against Covid MIS-C, and also ARDS bar Ryoncil.
I see they're doing mono antibodies now on under 12s

But I also see...There is no evidence for safety and efficacy of monoclonal antibody therapy for treatment of COVID-19 in children or adolescents, limited evidence of modest benefit in adults, and evidence for potential harm associated with infusion reactions or anaphylaxis.28 May 2021
