HPR's Peat royalty is over PL101 which has been in production since the 2000's. The development in the area is is in addition to the additional capacity (from memory APLNG was drilling conventional targets in addition to the existing CSG). HPR gas previously received payments for this royalty so my post was more concerned about the absence of payments received in the last 2 qtrs. I work in the industry near by that field and don't believe it's been shut in for the period.
