I think HC has been very vocal about FGR performance, many including myself have voted against directors and voted against the remuneration report. I suspect FGR would have had its second strike (which would have caused a spill of the board) if we didn't get the carrot of Break Even by the end 2020.
Its amazing FGR claimed we would demand to exceed Henderson capacity by now and we would be looking at our second factory in the UK. 2021 sales were under $500k. Its extremely frustrating seeing other companies excel with SP appreciation and we are going backwards.
IMO, the larger shareholders finally acted which resulted in the previous MD being pushed out.
Mike along with the new board members have only been in charge for a short period, the grace period is close to the being over, it is time for Mike to show us he has the ability to convert the 70-100 testing partners into sales or provide us with some idea on where we are headed.
