Yes Dr T has said that. And he's said not to invest more than you can afford to lose.
For those who've put in a small dollar amount, but are now holding a large dollar amount due to price increases, I'd say don't HOLD more than you can afford to lose. I GUESS that Dr Garner may be in that position, so he's selling down while retaining a large holding.
