Thanks for that, yes I see Pope is being VERY diplomatic and respectful when addressing the authorities/people of Greenland. I'm not a holder yet but been doing a hell of a lot of research on the company this weekend.
Just looking at the pros and cons in carrying out my DD and my observations are as follows:-
- SOI a bit high and expected to grow as milestones are hit; good that the issuance of additional shares is tied to milestones as it will mean that the company is heading in the right direction if it comes to that
- Higher than average SOI will not be problematic if further exploration at Ivittuut confirms the tonnage and high grade quartz (even the lowest grade silica will be a bonanza for the company) and there is still highly prospective REE, uranium, fluorite, manganese etc etc
- High sovereign risk must weigh heavily for prospective investors in light of what's happened with GGG ( I know we don't need to worry about being evicted as we don't have the headache of uranium to contend with but the Greenland association is there and I personally think that's the main reason why the MC is possibly not already a lot higher)
I know I may be completely off track here in my thinking as I've only just started looking at the company and I'm mindful that there are many here that have been invested in EPM for years
From what I've read so far, I'll be tempted to throw a few chips on the table this week, LOTS of potential here IMO
