Maybe you just can’t here me.
you need to take stems early before damage to the lungs. So, by the time it is a treatment of last resort it is too late and won’t work. So, you need to inject stems before you get really sick.
This presents a problem, because you need to treat many people, most who will recover without stems. This makes it wildly expensive when you count both those who would have needed stems together with the people who would have recovered without stems.*
*assuming they work.
