We have laws galore that are intended as deterrents against poor behaviour.
With both criminal and traffic laws there are are minority of people that still breach those laws and often govts increase penalties to discourage the offending behaviour further.
I find it amazing that the same fools on this forum that bellow foul when unions or environmentalists etc protest but when it comes to the thuggish behaviour of selfish protestors who want to ignore heath orders they scream oppression.
