Which source of reviews is that? Google Play and Trust Pilot are much more positive from the last few days (i.e. most recent). To be honest I don't think any of those issues are new - customers have been complaining about the average customer service from Quadpay for months now, mainly that they can never get a hold of anyone to talk to. That sort of stuff is fixed pretty easily.
In terms of rankings, I was expecting a bit of a hit just due to a lack of brand recognition etc, but I think what's more important is if it keeps drifting down over the next several weeks - to me that would show that their marketing and brand awareness efforts aren't working, but I'm sure they've got skilled people working on this. Basically brand name change causes short-term hit but bigger value over long-term when single name becomes the norm.
