HEADLINE: "Positive Gas Report" Eneabba Gas Limited says a consultant's evaluation of it's Sargon tenements contains good news for its gas-fired Centauri 1 power station near Dongara. Managing Director Mark Babidge said the Zenith Consulting report showed that the tenements could hold a significant underground coal gasification resource. This could not only underpin the development of the Centauri 1 station but potentially other projects in the Mid West. The company has 10 tenements in the North Perth basis covering more than 1.1 square kilometres. Its initial exploration results identified an initial deposit resource six kilometres long and 2.5 kilometres wide. The consultant's report says a numner of similar sized coal deposits could exist in the lightly-explored tenements to the east.
